The on going pursuit for knowledge & persistent R & D has given us fruitful results. For the benefit of the industry, we have tested a few inorganic combinations that add to the properties of the active material & provide the extra needed properties at much lower cost. The purpose of the developments was to select a few chemicals from the thousands that are desirable in increasing the efficiency & life (cycles) of the Battery, sure the chemicals if properly selected will combine with the basic chemicals (lead oxide etc.) & will not harm structure of the active material.
The machinery/equipment can serve the purpose & are much costlier. There are two combinations that are development by us & are in commercial use now-a-days. These are named as
AGO (Activated Grey Oxide) for the positives.
KENIEN An additive to make negative dry charged.
AGO : We believe that the utilization coefficient (i.e. the use of active materials required per AH)
If increased will help to reduce the battery weight for the same AH. With the help of AOG, we can improve the battery capacity by approx. 10% without any change in the paste weights.

COMPOSITION: The grey oxide in its part is activated under special conditions & a composition of uniform nature is made with silicates & sulfate to have the desired results.
KENIEN (The Dry Charge Additive)
This is another feather in our cop of achieving the dry charge properties with the help of chemicals at virtually no cost. The chemical is combination of exact percentages of hydrophilic & hydrophobic continents that impart desired characteristics to the plate. A part of the chemical is added to the paste that gives a permeable anti-oxidation layer to the plate & another part of the chemical is water soluble that is used for dipping of the freshly formed negative plates. The plates are dipped in the chemical solutions just after the formation & another layer of antioxidant is formed. The battery assembled by these plates will show dry charge characteristic accordingly.
These chemicals are virtually at no cost as regards their performence & applications.
