The basic nature of the metals or the relations involved there in the process is best understood in the charcter of the metal is known. Since the metals involved in the process serves the body & the soul of the battery the process can be understood better if the analysis is done on the regular basis. The effects of Temperature & Pressure are best understood with the help of analysis only.


In the in house laboratory setup the facilities provided are:
  1. Testing of lead alloys for antimony, arsenic, copper etc.
  2. Testing of pure lead
  3. Testing of lead oxide (Water options, acid absorptium, apparent density. coarseness, free head)
  4. Testing of pastes (for density, moisture content etc.)
  5. Testing of curved plates (for lead, loud sulfate)
  6. Testing of sulfuric acid (for iron, chlorine nitrates)
  7. Testing of formed plates (or lead peroxide content)
  8. Testing of seprators (for porosity, chlorine, iron etc.)

These are the raw materials/semi finished products which are analysed & simple & efficient procedures are there (which even a layman can perform) to judge the process. The laboratory setup in your organisation will help you to understand the process better.
